The concrete structures of Meghzar and Sarbandar refineries, although they did not show any defects or negligence in terms of concrete quality and performance, were still corroded and required a proper repair plan. After much study, the general results of which were prepared under the title of “Concrete Execution Guide in the Tropics” and published in the 184th issue of the Management and Planning Organization, appropriate methods for repairing concrete refineries in Meadow and Sarbandar refineries and other concrete buildings are presented in three options. Employer priorities were implemented.
