Garmsar water treatment plant and transmission line has been designed with the aim of providing drinking and sanitary water to Garmsar city and surrounding villages, and in this project, the capacity of the water treatment plant facilities will be increased by 11 cubic meters per second.Thus, the capacity of the pipeline and the refinery will reach 52 cubic meters per second. The length of the water transmission pipeline is about 7 km and its diameter is 600 mm. For water treatment, physical treatment and aeration, clarification and filtration operations have been used. The treatment plant also includes a gas disinfection system, a control and instrumentation system, a chemical preparation and injection system, and a sludge collection and disposal system.
